What is Oshyn Holistics’ quality guarantee?

All Oshyn Holistics products are handmade in small batches with care, intention, and premium ingredients. Each item is crafted using natural essential oils and holistic blends that reflect our commitment to healing, self-love, and luxury. Because our products are made in limited runs, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur — this is part of their natural beauty.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Your satisfaction means everything to us! We proudly stand behind the quality of every Oshyn Holistics product. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right — whether through a replacement, store credit, or another solution that ensures your happiness..

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal-care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the damaged item or issue a store credit.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?

We currently ship through USPS and UPS, depending on your location and shipping preferences. All packages include tracking information for your peace of mind.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

At this time, local pickup and delivery are available only during select vendor events or by special arrangement. Please contact us directly if you’d like to coordinate a pickup option.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand this option soon. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our email list for updates!
